Semiconductor Tray Milestone – 500 Millionth Made in China Says Peak

Peak International Ltd., announced that it has recently manufactured its 500 millionth semiconductor tray at its factory in China. There are approximately 1,700 people who are working for Peak directly worldwide or indirectly in its factory in Shenzhen.

Dean Personne, president and CEO of Peak International, said, "We are delighted to have achieved this manufacturing milestone in Shenzhen. This is a testament to the skills and the dedication of our valued employees to produce the best possible products in the most cost-efficient manner.

“Over the years, working with our partners and employees, we have made tremendous improvements in product quality, employee productivity and operating cost controls. Today, we can manufacture approximately 50% more product with a 25 percent smaller workforce than we did just one year ago; a doubling of productivity per employee.
